Only available by Pro Dive Mexico.
Real life experiences for 4 weeks in 3 of our 5 resort based 5 STAR scuba centers.

The aim of this program is to gain firsthand experience working as a dive master. The program runs over a period of four weeks during which you will assist and help conduct all PADI courses and receive a resort training that will increase your chances for employment world wide.
You will experience how it is to work as a PADI dive master in a busy resort. meet collegues, guests and seasoned divers.
Your tasks will be just like any other Instructor we have and consists of pool demo's, sales, scheduling, guiding and planning excursions for next days.

Learning objectives

You will put in action what you learned in your dive master course. Planning, organising and conducting all dive master duties. You will experience what its like working in big resorts (we have 7) dealing with divers from around the world.

pre-requisites:

• Be certified as Divemaster
• have own professional scuba gear
